On 19th January 2014 we became the custodians of plot 23D.
Our mission was simple: to dig, to grow, to harvest.
Join us as we endeavour to cultivate our very first allotment. Support us as we battle weed intrusions, aphid invasions and the inclement British weather. Stand with us as we give intensive farming the finger, flying the flag for sustainability.
Agents of Field: saving the Earth one forkful at a time.
Good luck. We took on our first one in 2007 and have never looked back. Mostly because our backs are so sore we cannot move 🙂

And a warm hello to our first follower! Thanks for the comment. Not surprised to hear about the sore backs having seen the picture of your immaculate plot! Blimey, that really is something for us to aspire to!

Aww thank you, we really do love our allotment. We have just taken on a third one to the side which we will be growing fruit trees on. Keeps us out of mischief. I love the fact that we produce so much of our food and my challenge is to use and store the vast majority of it. I wish you good luck with your allotment, soon the addiction will take you over!!
