It’s the height of the season and the allotment is on full power, producing its tasty goods. Back in the kitchen pots are boiling and ovens are baking as we turn our delicious bounty into edible gold. And when we’re not tilling or tasting we’ve got those day jobs to keep us out of trouble.
As I mentioned in an earlier post, we’ll soon be taking on a second allotment.Oh yes, and I can’t get on with it fast enough. There are plans to make, weeds to hack and soil to nurture.
