Yesterday, we had our first harvest from our kitchen garden! Okay, it was just a handful of salad leaves and a couple of radishes, but still, picking our first homegrown food from our brand new garden is certainly something to celebrate.
Only a few months ago, the bottom of our garden was a dark and shady wasteland, overcrowded with massive conifers and looking pretty neglected. Now it is unrecognisable. I’d love to show your more but Ade is planning a full video tour for you in the coming weeks, so I shan’t reveal anything else just yet. Suffice to say, the boy has worked wonders.
Now I just need a nice, spanking new kitchen to cook in!
