You might have heard of “Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D”, the US television series about a group of highly trained agents fighting supernatural forces. Well, we’re Agents of Field.
Although we’re not exactly fighting to save the Earth from evil supervillains, we are doing our bit to help save the environment, battling the equally sinister powers of industrial agriculture, corporate greed and a disposable society where food is simply not valued in the way it should be.
So in our own teeny-tiny way, we are saving the Earth. (We should really get ourselves some nice spandex bodysuits.)
Nevertheless, the main reason we garden is for the simple pleasure of growing our own food.

Fabulous name for a fantastic duo and I love your pictures. With not so good things happening to me in the past few years, including losing my allotment plot in Scotland http://allotment2kitchen.blogspot.co.uk/2010/01/rip-plot-45.html
Now I am in Wales with a bit of a garden, I am getting back to growing again, albeit slowly and although I don’t rub shoulders with other veg growers, I feel I do it through fellow bloggers so Thank you for being one of those that gives me faith in people.
